ASSEMBLING THE 20M2
When you have completed the
LED display board, we’re ready to
move on to the 20M2 board. A
complete Parts List is presented in
Figure 8, and all these parts are
available on my website. Of course,
you will also need a 20M2 processor
which I don’t currently stock, but they
are available at www.phanderson.
com/picaxe and www.sparkfun.com.
The top and bottom layouts of the
board are presented in Figure 9. A full-size
pdf file (LayoutLED.pdf) is also available
for downloading at the article link. You may
want to refer to this full-size layout as you
carry out the following steps, as before.
As usual, read through the complete list
of assembly instructions that follows to be
sure you understand the entire procedure
before assembling the board.
• Sever the traces on the bottom of
the board as indicated in the layout.
• Clean the bottom of the board with
a plastic Scotch-Brite or similar
